About Us

R. Q. P. Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned business dedicated to the recovery and international trade of non hazardous recyclable waste.

The company was founded in 1992 by Mr. Patrick Maccone and Mrs. Iris Maccone to service industry solely in the area of plastic recycling.  At that time the company was called Nimak Plastics, Inc. and most companies in our area were dumping their plastic waste.

We collected plastic scraps from suppliers and diligently separated and classified these scraps by product,  grade, color etc..  Finally the cleaned and identified parts and runners  were ground into high-grade, reusable flakes.  This high quality regrind was and is used as raw material in the manufacture of new items thus completing the recycling loop.

Plastics remained our key business for many years but as time passed we recognized a need to expand our recycling efforts to include other recyclables such as paper, cardboard and aluminum.  The company name was changed to R.Q.P. - Recycled Quality Products - a service company offering a fully integrated recycling service.
